Our delicious beer cheese is the result of a collaboration with cheese factory Deville. Two generations of cheesemakers with a passion for their craft.
The secret to the delicious taste of this unique beer cheese enriched with hazelnuts lies, in the milk from home-grown cows and in the unique procedure of making the cheese with the delicious beers of Brewery De Ryck.
Hazelnuts cooked in beer are incorporated into the cheese, after which the cheese ripens for about five days in the same beer in order to further absorb the fine beer aromas and come to full taste.
